What to Expect During Your Roof Replacement

To help guide you through the process, here is what you can expect moving forward:

We will deliver CertainTeed Landmark sample boards to your home so that you can choose the color you would like for your new roof. Once you have decided on your preferred shingle color, simply call or email us with your selection, and we will arrange to pick up the sample board from you.

After you have selected your shingle color, there will be a period before we can schedule the start of your project. The length of this period can vary depending on the time of year, current weather conditions, and how many projects are scheduled ahead of yours. Please feel free to contact us at any time if you would like an update on your project’s status.

Several days before your project is set to begin, we will call you to schedule the most convenient start date for your roof replacement.

Once a start date has been determined, you can expect our crews to arrive between 7:30 and 8:00 AM on the scheduled day. The amount of time required to complete your roof will depend on the size of your home and current conditions. We will do our best to provide you with an estimated timeline during scheduling and keep you informed throughout the process.

We closely monitor the weather forecast each day to ensure we have an appropriate window to complete your project. Occasionally, unforeseen weather may require us to postpone and reschedule your job. If this occurs, we will make every effort to reschedule your project as quickly as possible.

After your new roof has been installed, we will send you an invoice via email and arrange a convenient time to meet with you for payment.
